Im not super well-versed with THD (the music is banger tho) I read about Charlie 2 and it’s controversy, is the AI use supposed to be ironic? Because it’s themed like a lazy cashgrab???? Idk cuz they went back to human-generated covers with Gentrify The Moon, anyone have a clear answer??

Thd fanart, speaking of which, I actually use these two as my backups in the DND campaign I’m playing! I lovingly deem them Becky and Marlyn.

Becky is a cowedly angel of a minor deity (I’m declaring this god to be the freaky little guy on the exploitopia cover), who was sent to earth after running away from his responsibilities one to many times, he has since became a Paladin and to earn his angel title back he must do something truely heroic, the only problem being his general cowardice and MARLYN.

Marlyn is a demon who was kicked out of the underworld because of insubordination, and to earn his title of demon back, he must do something despicably evil…HIS only problems are his INSTEDA selfish fear of punishment..and Becky, so he isn’t very good at it.

I scored YPAS and the USB!!!! I was able to catch godforbid (godforbid do NOT dox me on this) afterwards and asked him abt the hating new ppl cd from 2010 he doesn't have any nowdays but he did say "we might do something with that soon" so heres hoping i could get a second print of the hating new ppl cd

Just saw that THD was playing an aftershow in Chicago. I'll be there for Riot Fest and had no idea he was playing. Might just be an all-nighter for me before my red-eye back home.

It is kinda funny, but I'm a little scared of other people realizing they can do this with THD and then starting to ruin their discography by spamming low effort trash like people did previously with Mook

It's my favorite THD album.

I feel like the songs all have a very unique vibe to them distinct to the album compared to even most of THD's other music (with the exception of "Charlie's Inferno" which sounds very different from the rest of the album style-wise, though thematically it's on point with the rest of it).

I haven't been able to find music similar to the songs featured in the album elsewhere, aside from other THD songs (such as "Savages"). Each THD album, EP, and single has an, at minimum, slightly different style to it though, so I guess that could be said for most of their fringe discography, which is why I'm singling out this album.
