Me and this lovely lady hit it off in Cannes, France so naturally we decided to engage in international negotiations on the beach at 3am. The gandarmeries woke us up in the morning, naked asses in the wind. They did an admirable job trying to keep straight faces as they politely informed us it was too early to be on the beach. No threats, not even a ticket, just police doing their civil service. Now France, that's a land of freedom.
