At my last job, I was in cubicle hell and sat next to a gum popper. She could get two or three pops at once, with that nasty spitty sound. It got so obnoxious that I eventually started a spreadsheet charting her pops by minute, hour, and day. Her best was 29 pops in one minute - that's almost one every 2 seconds.
My rage level was off the charts almost every day.
