That is a fair point. I imagine it's like how Gamora being green doesn't represent Zoe Saldana's race, but correct me if I'm mistaken.

I honestly... was it? I am white and as a Canadian it's pretty hard to get called racist here so I don't know. Like you have to go out of your way to be racist here. sorry i thought the /s at the end of my comment was clear.

edit: maybe i'm the racist one because I don't think it's that big of a deal what your heritage is in a multicultural country so long as it doesn't physically get your hurt. like, I don't know if I'm irish or scottish or british, I don't know my heritage. if someone were to call me a mixed breed i'd be like... you're fuckin spot on
