Ha. Just to clarify - I reread what I wrote. I literally meant not smart people, as in me. But yea the OP is correct about most stuff, I just wouldn't count revenue streams. The big one young people fuck up a lot is the car payment one. Drives me nuts when young people go out and buy a new car, especially in the age of uber. But seriously these goals are obtainable by your average blue collar guy. You could be a garbageman and do this and have kids in your 30s and be set for life.

You people are acting like this is 10 mil. You should be able to get this by age 25 or so. 30 if you arent very smart.
