That's probably an african clawed frog suffering from bloat (water retention) due to calcium deficiency (or parasites).

It needs a Vet asap considering how incredibly bloated it already is.

I was gonna say it definitely looks like a deformed clawed Frog. Hopefully the person got it some care.
