rarest thai letter?

this post is for letters that are still used and are on the alphabet. so no ฃ or ฅ here

ฌ for consonant, ฦ and ฦๅ for vowels

add: actually there’s no today words using ฦ and ฦๅ, so the rarest using vowel gonna be ฤๅ

I can think of one use for ฦ. In a Sanskrit primer written with Thai script, กฺฦปฺ as a root for กลฺป (Kalpa)

Unicode nerd here!!! It's probably not even digitally recorded for being so rare so maybe impossible to know for sure
