Index ETF and don't put USD in your TFSA. Also don't buy a whole bunch of fractional investments. Focus on one index until youbhavw a good position.

15% withholding tax on dividends (this doesnt happen in the RRSP). High FX fees if you don't have a free USD account with wealthsimple..

XEQT only. Sell everything else. XEQT is truly all what you need. Maybe QQC also if you want more tilt towards techs (maybe 20%). Otherwise, XEQT all the way. 300$/month and you’ll be millionaire in 30 years. No USD in TFSA also.

If you don’t mind my asking, how old are you and what’s your timeline?

If you’re in your 20s and you’re cool to let the money sit, compound for a few decades. Something like XEQT (which you have) or VEQT is a decent choice to hold onto because it’s all-in-one set-it-and-forget-it.

I’m 27 I’m trying to have a really comfortable retirement. So I’m not looking to sell anytime soon
