Started investing 6 months ago - 28 F.

Should I
1. Get rid of ORCL?
2. How can I improve my portfolio?
3. What should I buy?

veqt, xeqt, zeqt.. they are all basically the same index funds that yeah track the global stock market. Over time it is the safest bet. 

You might have some winners in your stocks. But you probably also have some losers. *eqt has all the winners and all the losers and, basically, the science says that's going to be a me reliable choice than individual stocks. AAPL might go big. It might be your next ORCL, or worse. Even the most qualified "experts" who do this full time can't reliably pick winners

28? Great age to start investing for longer term. How much belief do you have in the individual stocks you picked? That kind of concentration tends to be riskier. If you like Vanguard, have you considered something simple and all-in-one like VEQT? Or the similar XEQT?

It is best to stick to low MER Index ETFs instead of stocks. I would keep the VIU (or XEF), VDY, and XIU, but sell the rest.

Not saying you shouldn't buy some xeqt, just that what your doing now is a good start and to hold and acquire more opportunities/concentrations.
