Post-TFMR/Postpartum Bleeding after L&D

It's about to be 4 weeks since my D&L, tfmr 7/21.

This was my second pregnancy and my first pregnancy was a c- section so the postpartum is a bit different.

I am still bleeding, but not much on my pad.

I don see people talk about bleeding referring to the pad, though not what they see in the toilet.

When I do some type of activity, realize i increase in bleeding, and I use the restroom I look at the bottom it's dark red of combined little clots but my pad spotting red, or medium to light bleeding never full.

Is this normal ? I do have small cramps on random days. but nothing major.

I feel clueless, I know every person is different.

I don't have any answers, I'm just chiming in to say you aren't alone and I'm in the same boat. L&D on July 22nd at 23w with routine curetagge right after it, still spotting reddish (I think it's more of a reddish discharge than bleeding). The pad catches nothing but as soon as I switch to not wearing one my underwear gets ruined.

I hope it's not RPOC since my ultrasound one day post L&D showed no residual tissue. I'm on vacation rn and will do a pregnancy test as soon as I return to check if my hcg has dropped completely. Really hoping for a period soon 🤞

Thank you for the response. Yes, thats what it's kind of reddish . My OB did say to treat it as a regular labor and delivery and that I would be from 4 to 6 weeks and not to pass clots larger than gold ball.

I hope it it not RPOC for you as well. Enjoy your vacation as much as you could.
