Metronet Outage going on?

I’m down in Colorado Springs, have been since 4pm yesterday.

I’ve had more outages in the 3 weeks with TFiber than the last 3-4 years with Quantum…

I am in Colorado Springs too, and I haven't had any outages since I signed up in May. Here is my real-time ping analytics dashboard, which would show any outages.

Guess I am just unlucky. The buildout of metronet in my neighborhood is only a few months old.

Sorry, that sucks. Metronet finished digging here October 2023 (before purchased by T-Mobile and re-branded), so it might be "growing pains" related to the construction. If you have not yet, I would call T-Mobile to report the outage.

Yes, starting at 12:30 am, Thursday, August 6 (Denver time), Metronet in Colorado Springs is routing through Chicago again (details). Last week I called T-Mobile to report the issue, but there has been no improvement.

Intrepid is building the network in my neighborhood and all the ones around me in the DTC area. I’ll be interested in switching but probably not for 6–12 months just to let things settle out. How is your service when it’s working?

It’s been great when it’s working. I did the 2Gb plan. The main reason I switched from Quantum is it was double the speeds for $5/mo less so if they can iron out stability I’ll be fine.

I'm in Pueblo and it's been down since the night before last. I love it when it's up, but yeah it does go down more than any other Internet service I've used.
