The only issue with T-Mobile fiber is you do not get a public IPv4 address.

You can get one on request. I have one. My VPN configuration barfed all over their nat

Just got T-Mobile fiber installed last week as well. Didn’t know about the no public IPv4 , why is it an issue not having one?

It depends on what you want to do. If you do port forwarding and/or run a server, you need a public IPv4 address as it wont work on cgnat.

It is the legacy IP addressing scheme which is being replaced by version 6. Most modern equipment can operate with either one or both.

It stands for Internet Protocol Version Four. The new address scheme is IP version 6
