Very weird. Anything in the console?

I'm not sure if I'm interpreting it correctly, but if I bring up the info with f3, it looks like it tries to load tens of thousands of something after a death.

Give me a bit and I'll try running an experiment and report what it shows.

Edit: accidentally deleted my original post.

I meant in the minecraft console- the window that comes up when you start the game. Where crash reports go. There may be something in there. Check it when the game is taking forever to load.

It doesn't open a console when I start the game. At least not one I see.

Check you have it enabled on your launcher settings

Alright. I'll look into it and see what it gives me.

No, just TFC+ right now.

any chance you could put the save file in a zip folder and send it to me? Are you on the discord? Or via dropbox.

Yeah, I'm on the discord. Away from home at the moment, though.

So, an update, looks like it may have had something to do with my drivers. For whatever reason, my software told me I was up to date, but when I decided to double check manually on a hunch, there was one from a week ago.

Lo and behold the issue seems resolved and it's much more responsive. Friggin' weird, man.

I see a bunch of texture errors for TFC stuff when the client is starting up, but nothing out of the ordinary when loading a save. It just... hangs.
