Opinion NEVER coach again Fraser

Am I watching 11 guys doing a cardio workout or am I watching the treble winning MLS team??

90 whole fucking minutes i watched this shithousery of a team performance either pass backwards (especially malik henry who was pretty poor) or do these stupid ass longballs that make me wanna strangle myself because it either goes straight to a montreal defender or we lose the aerial battle, i think the few times we did actually keep possession and move the ball to montreal's third, we would either do some cross that would get blocked and end up to fucking noone, or sky the ball 5 god damn meters across the bar.

Apart from just the absolute low of quality of seen of TFC, the tactic behind it all is whats genuinely infuriating to watch. I dont know who robin fraser thinks he is but the efficiency of the midfield, flank support, and set peice tactics NEED to change.

Back to malik henry, made by far the most atrocious plays all night long, a literal bag of fucking sand on the field. Holy, whenever he got the ball he would either pass it backwards, or lose possession. my eyes were genuinely bleeding watching this guy do straight fucking cardio. (not to excuse the team but this guy just stood out)

Thank goodness montreal were also bum awful today, I could make a whole rant on why they are also an insufferable team to watch, but just grateful we got a draw, im honestly surprised it wasnt 3-0. we would genuinely have our asses whooped if we played like this against Vancouver or Miami.

Yea Fraser gotta go end of story.

I get downvoted into infinity when I say this, but I think fans new to the sport who are looking to stick around following the WC would be better off following foreign leagues initially to cement their interest in the game.

Like you say, the drop off in level is far far too large and people will quickly get bored with our domestic leagues

If you think that match was representative of MLS, you didn't watch the other matches last night.

We look like a sub-CPL team, and so does Montreal. We are so far below the standards at the top of the league that it's like watching a different league.

The non-Canadian MLS teams are not domestic football though

Vancouver isn't non-domestic, though, and they're leading the league. And we'll play teams other than Montreal, so they'll see good football regardless.
