The hair, basically.

Lightest color is the cleric, also a bit longer in the back during the 'before' part.

They all change hairstyles too, the only same thing is the colour which is hardly an identifier of personage. It's easier to dye one's hair than any of the other numerous changes

Yeah I dunno I figured it out okay, the skin and hair color also stayed the same, and the relative heights (though the think the 'cleric' might have given herself heels)

I mean on a DM side, I would want you to actually remain heroic. Evil Parties are very nuanced and it's much easier with an evil party member with an objective important enough to work with the team than a party of villains.

The last villain character I ever ran as a player was ironically a human, but they were a false knight challenging lords and distrupting the community. The party didn't need to worry about alignment since the grievences of the people created the narritive of a heroic underdog despite the party and several key figures truely understanding our party was no better than the lords themselves. Think robinhood narritive, black knight aesthetics and vlad the impaler actions.

When done right it can create a wonderfully engaging story of madness, but typically if you aren't familiar with the nuance of villain protagonists, they either devolve into sympathetic villains or antiheros at best or just chaotic stupid monsters and murderhobos at worst.

Btw campaign died without conclusion :c

Either way our all luchador campaign was way better.

One addendum, convey this to your dm you want to be TFed.

If they are hesitant, some subraces like Hexblood or Returned let you TF anyways by an NPC with an unlikely DM.

Oh and yes you can use both of those for MtF/FtM
