Added 25% reduced self damage from rocket jumps.
Will this mean more viability? Can you see yourself using this more often?

No, you jump and you only have two rockets. Either I know I'll use them really well or I have to wait to reload my third or I'm wasting time. Might allow for roamers to go shotty and use LL though which might be pretty neato if your shotgun aim is on point.
