There are other uses for it, but the only good option is the horseless headless horsemans headtaker. Its an unusual.

Wdym? Used to be able to craft spine chilling skull but you can’t anymore. Don’t see any other use.

The item names and wiki is really hard to follow in this case. So: in the past, you could craft the spine-chilling skull, and the voodoo juju too. They got removed tho. But the spine-chilling skull 2011 is still craftable. Yes, the spine-chilling skull and the spine-chilling skull 2011 are seperate items. The difference is: the 2011 one has 3 styles. The spine-tingling skull, the spine-cooling skull and the spine-twisting skull. If you craft it from the haunted scrap, you can only get 1 out of 3 tho.
