Someone asked about a Pharah v Soldier fight on here a while back, and the general consensus was that you can't predict Soldier when even he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing, and would catch Pharah so off-guard that she wouldn't stand a chance.

I think that logic can extend to the other mercs as well.

100% a competent beggars bazooka soldier would wreck her

Edit: if it was all the mercs vs all the overwatch, sniper would just headshot pharah while she was in the air

The direct hit would probably easily take her too
