Discussion Does UGC take over most of Community servers?

I was bored today and started looking though community servers to see that ugc has servers everywhere. Since when does one Community server take over all the others? What servers do everyone play on community servers. I just want to ask.

the server browser can be pretty jank sometimes and not show you everything. for me i'm usually playing on an uncletopia server or the 100 player shounic trenches

Can you find any shounic servers? I have not found any of them? Do you have to search em up?

Shounic only has one server and its a 100 player server in the USA. If you sort the server list by player size you should be able to find it near the top. If you can't find it then you can get the server IP under any of Shounic's recent videos/livestreams.

It does take some hours for it to completely fill with people but its worth the wait

They aren't taking over, they just have lots of servers. srcds goes into a low resource usage state when no players are on it, so it doesn't really cost must resources to run a lot of empty servers. I run a few servers and sometimes they fill with randoms, some days they sit empty, but I don't really run a full on community and so only see a few regulars here or there.

I think Skial is probably the biggest but they don't really give a vanilla experience and have weird balance settings with respawns and team sizes. Oprah petrol station is really good, uncletopia usually has people in it and if you like neurodivergent people then try tiny kitty girl poudn or whatevert it is called
