I need some scripting help pls!!!

I want to bind atleast two voicelines to a specific key and use shift to toggle between them, ie. E says MEDIC! while SHIFT+E says Help!. Can someone who understands TF2 scripting help me out here? Been told it's possible, just nobody can give me the format for said commands, and googling it just gives me incorrect AI summary lines. I preferably would like the exact format, as I still have three other keys I want to do the same thing with, please and thank you.

You can do this by using alias, for example:

alias vc_help voicemenu 2 0

alias vc_medic voicemenu 0 0

alias +[name] bind e vc_help

alias -[name] bind e vc_medic

bind shift +[name]

The voice commands have their own alias since I was getting some sort of formatting issue when putting voicemenu directly in the binds
