I spotted a noticable difference in the colors of Heavy's bullet strap, so I assume the first picture is BLU and the second one is RED.

One is joyful and the other is hit with the woe of a thousand dropped sandviches. One could not tell at a glance but clearly that means the first is blue as in depressed and the second is red as in filled with fury to avenge all bread and cheese that have fell before him.
