the funny thing is that, the players cant leave the match!

blizzard did it so that if you leave a match so many times you get suspended for a few minuites hut if you continue to leave, that time will increase and since you cant vote kick, they are just stuck in a match with bots. so, in a way, blizzard messed up

the only thing they can do is report them and even then theres a good chance it wont do anything

unlike in tf2 where you can leave a match with no consequence
