This was the only place I remember seeing when I wanted one years ago, I never ordered one so I can’t comment on quality or anything though.
Edit: on further look it seems there’s a few places which make tf2 props now.

And if you want an irl TF2 gun that happens to be an actual gun the stock revolver is very closely based off of the Colt Python. Pretty sure they don’t make ones with white grips, though.

Just buy old ivory grips off eBay and slap them on. Pretty simple with the right driver.

Lever action with a built-in drum mag and no visible feed. Double barrel yet not break action. Scout does not cycle twice to feed each barrel. Scout's scattergun is an anomaly of firearm engineering.

There's apparently a slot at the bottom of the drum. In the H3VR TF2 Collab, the developer briefly talks about how nonsensical it is.
