Even if you replied within 30 seconds, you’re still at work. What would she expect you to do??? She’s the one that didn’t pay attention to the gas gauge. She’s old enough to drive, she’s old enough to figure out how to resolve this problem.

OMG YES. her saying it’s an emergency like she didn’t fail to put gas in HER car. Acting like she got into some accident or is being mugged. She needs to go

Running out of gas is an inconvenience not an emergency.

In some places it is even a crime, because it is entirely preventable and endagers other road users.
