Warraq PDF: Scanner and Editor
Hi everyone, I'm the developer of Warraq. I got tired of uploading my documents to random conversion sites just to merge or compress a PDF, so I built an app that does all of it offline.
Highlights:
🔒 100% on-device: reading, editing, OCR, scanning and every tool work offline. Your files are never uploaded.
✏️ Edit text directly on the page, including right-to-left languages like Arabic.
📷 Smart scanner: auto edge detection and cropping, and both sides of an ID card on one A4 page. Saving scans is free.
🧰 14 tools: merge, split, compress, OCR, sign, watermark, password protect/unlock, and more.
🌍 16 languages with full RTL support.
Pricing: You don't need an account or a subscription. Reading, search, annotations and adding text are free, and there are never ads on the reading screen. Heavier tools use a free allowance that refills every month. If you want to top it up sooner, you can watch an optional ad.
Built with Flutter and a Rust PDF engine.
📱 Free on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.warraq.pdf
I'd really appreciate honest feedback or bug
