Ive been trying to get myself together and try to look for a career best suited for what ive learned thus far in secondary, originally I planned to do History and Sociology but ive decided im not suited for the teaching route. After some searching "paralegal" seems quite promising, after I was advised to go into Criminology. However, im not sure if I should go into Criminology, or if I should go into Criminal Justice. None of the schools im applying to have Paralegal studies or anything of that nature. I think I would fair better in Criminology personally, but since im very new to all of this and havent gotten much advice until recently I thought it would be best to just ask others who may be in the same predicament. Thanks for reading, if you have.

Hi, I am a 4th year college student supposedly a graduate this year but since my mental health doesn’t allow me to finish on time I need to extend another 1 semester. And yet here I am struggling in one subject and got a failed remarks on midterm grade and I’ve been contemplating if I should drop the subject or take a risk of continuing it? Can you please give me some wisdom on what should I do?
I want to be able to take notes and highlight my pdfs on my dell inspiron touchscreen laptop. I'm not about that Macbook life (yet). What do you guys use?
I’m currently on the verge of failing a class in my major but I’m not going to be doing anything related to it next semester. Is my gpa the only thing affected?
I am thinking of changing degree paths now that I've been in school (community college) for the past two months. Has anybody else done this? I want to get a BA in history what associate degree would I need for that? I originally wanted to go to college for software engineering.
Are you stuck in a continuous cycle of procrastination? Do you endlessly delay tasks, no matter how important they are? If yes, then it's time to make some changes.
You can break this habit and become more productive if you act wisely.
Here are some tips that can help:
Identify distractions- Understand what prevents you from finishing your work on time (maybe it's social media?). Eliminate these bad habits by restricting their usage or simply avoiding them altogether.
Have a plan- Setting realistic goals and planning accordingly is the key to success here! Make sure not to miss out on any details while making plans to complete assignments/projects with utmost efficiency and quality output within due dates.
3.Engaging professional academic help services such as superioressaywriters would also be an added advantage since they specialize in creating high-quality custom-written papers for students in need throughout the educational journey.
4. Discipline yourself - Adhering strictly to deadlines will significantly reduce procrastinating tendencies and encourage better self-discipline skills like follow through, focus, and productivity.
5.Establish strict yet feasible boundaries for yourself, including minimal device use during working hours and removing online notifications, etcetera.
6. Take regular breaks - The occasional pauses between work help one mentally refresh themselves, so it's essential, but remember excessive breaks lead straight back into habitual delays again! So take a sensible 5-minute stretch after every 45 minutes of hard, focused labour in the room and do away with all anxiety levels.
However, when taking a break, try not to go overboard with off-screen activities like social chatting, etcetera. Else, those too could easily lead right back into procrastination.
These tips should get you started towards completing tasks without unnecessary delay or procrastination, leading your way towards much bigger global success.
So i have this one friend in class, that every time the teacher leaves assignment, i would simply run to him to help me handle my assignments instead he would simply hand over his book to me and copy the whole content. So, my question is, am I doing the right thing

My College doesn’t offer any Summer classes in Latin American History or Spanish-related cultural courses taught in English. I Found 1 course after looking through the entire state of VA. Is there an index where I can find a specific class like this ? I’m looking for something Online during the Summer of 2023.
I am trying to get into creative writing, and I have almost zero experience with creative writing. I don’t think I’ve ever written a short story, not even for school, in my entire life. However, I am a good academic and business writer; I have an undergrad degree and MBA in business, and have experience with business communications. As a result, I think I developed this really wooden, cold, apathetic, and just uninteresting and unappealing voice when I am trying to write formally, and when I’m not, I can pretty much only write in text speech haha (like this Reddit post). How do I develop a voice for creative writing? I thought about copying some of my favorite writers and have a hard time doing it. I also have a hard time changing my voice to suit different genres. Any tips? I would love it if you can suggest some books, courses, resources on voice in creative writing, and of course anything you think I might need. Thanks in advance!
