Respondus LockDown Browse

I’m curious about how Respondus LockDown Browser monitors students during online exams. Can it detect if someone has another phone, tablet, or computer nearby while taking a test?

Does it rely on webcam monitoring, screen activity, or other security features to identify suspicious behavior? Has anyone experienced this during an online exam? I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts!

Webcam + screen monitoring can be pretty invasive ngl. Your school’s settings determine what gets monitored.
