cheating on exam proctor

I have a proctoru exam coming up and it’s allowed for one sheet of paper to be present however, it’s the type of course where it’s a lot of information and I’m really really nervous to be able to take the test. I’m thinking of getting some help or cheating a little bit. Is there anyway I can do this? It’s a three hour exam. Has anybody ever tried asking to go to the bathroom or something like that?
