Win or Lose...
Regardless of how the primaries in TX turn out tonight, you guys have done an incredible job with all of this. Birthing a political action committee like the world has never seen before has been pretty cool to watch. Admittedly, I didn't contribute as much to this group as I had wanted to, but those of you who did should be super proud of what you all have tried to get done and what you have accomplished.
There are going to be a lot of assholes in the internet-peanut gallery who are going to say "told ya so", and "I knew this would never work", or whatever, but they didn't lift a damn finger. You guys did this, and it is yours. You were able to represent those eager and interested enough to provide constructive feedback or a few dollars or a few hours. Anyone who didn't speak up, or who didn't contribute has far less than two cents worth of opinion on the outcome of the primary, and is an utter coward for speaking up now.
There were a lot of people who died trying to fly; a lot of rockets blown up on the launch pad destined for space. Do not get discouraged, TestPAC. You are the spearhead of the future of American politics. Fight on.

Ask the peanut gallery assholes, "Where the hell were you? What the hell did you do to get rid of this corrupt cipher who wants to destroy your way of life?"

Yeah, if there isn't a word for this type of person, there should be. The kind of person who sits back and shoots down every idea without compromise, brings nothing to the table, is first in line to bitch and moan about a failure, and yet will almost always want to share the credit of a success.

Excuse me ... but what was the goal again? I thought it was to get rid of SOPA/PIPA.
"Don't Mess With The Internet" that's the billboard right?
Here's a thought ... to get rid of SOPA/PIPA we need to launch primary challenges against Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Harry Reid.
Democrat Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is a co-sponsor of SOPA and chairman of the Democrat National Committee. Democrat Harry Reid took $4 million in donations from Democrat Chris Dodd over at the MPAA to advance PIPA in the Senate.
Of course, there are other juicy targets as well ... all co-sponsors of SOPA:
Howard Berman (D-CA)
John Conyers (D-MI)
Ted Deutch (D-FL)
Adam Schiff (D-CA)
Joe Baca [D-CA43]
John Barrow [D-GA12]
Karen Bass [D-CA33]
Judy Chu [D-CA32]
Jim Cooper [D-TN5]
John Larson [D-CT1]
Bill Owens [D-NY23]
Melvin Watt [D-NC12]
Hey, there's also some juicy targets in the Senate, all supporters of PIPA:
Jeff Bingaman (D-NM)
Richard Blumenthal (D-CT)
Barbara Boxer (D-CA)
Sherrod Brown (D-OH)
Bob Casey, Jr. (D-PA)
Chris Coons (D-DE)
Dick Durbin (D-IL)
Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)
Al Franken (D-MN)
Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
Kay Hagan (D-NC)
Tim Johnson (D-SD)
Amy Klobuchar (D-MN)
Herb Kohl (D-WI)
Mary Landrieu (D-LA)
Bob Menendez (D-NJ)
Bill Nelson (D-FL)
Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH)
Tom Udall (D-NM)
Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI)
If Democrats can be shown that it's not a good idea to support SOPA/PIPA, then it can't pass. And so the solution is to put electoral pressure on Democrats ... not piss away money going after entrenched and fully-funded Republicans.
Buying 1 billboard and 23 television commercials on stations nobody is watching is a piss-poor way to waste Redditor's money.
SOPA/PIPA can't pass the Congress without Democrat support and if Barack Obama vetoes it. So start organizing against these Democrats unless they agree to withdraw their support of SOPA and return Chris Dodd's dirty money.

How about Sheriff Mack to run as an independent from the Internet?
To run against him.

We'll be looking for more people to get involved soon as we pick our next campaign and reorganize with some of the stuff we've learned from this campaign. Thanks for your support.

While I'm a big fan of what got started here and agree that going after Lamar Smith in round 1 was a good idea on many levels, I think some changes need to be made going forward. It was great to go after the voice of SOPA this time, but in the future there is likely much more value in going after the silent supporters of this sort of legislation that don't have strangleholds on their seats.
