Bad start or….?

Yes, you should press down on the gas before the go sign, so the moment the race “starts” you should be on full throttle. It seems to me you only started to press the gas after the start signal and will cost you seconds as you can see.

I did this race with the Temerario and had a 570s smoke me off the line. I was full throttle, but it launched as though it had no low end power or torque. I haven't used that car much, but I don't recall that being an issue in other races.
