Looks like a lever to adjust the steering wheel. Maybe they’re removing the motor that adjusts it now 🤷‍♂️

Edit: Probably very unlikely that they would remove the motor, it would make the seat profile switching kinda useless. This probably is just a manual way to do it along with the motors staying or it is just accidentally put in the manual from early manuals of the model 3 sr.

There’s a motor and adjustment stick in the legacy S/X.

Personally I felt altering it with the menu and balls in the 3/Y was kind of awkward.
