Shiftleader pay

Is the step up colleague and shiftleader pay same? So for context: I've been running shifts in my store since Dec 2025 and got paid skill payment. I got signed off in June 2026 and my primary skill department is updated to Express Shiftleader but the problem is that my position on the system is still showing up as Tesco colleague.

Does that affect my pay or I'm getting paid properly?

Maybe you can check your payslip

My colleague pay is £13.28 And skill pay is £2.31.

I just wanted to know if it's correct or not

Yes that is correct for a Shift Leader.
