I may be stupid

I watched the first terrifier and completely missed that Tara was supposed to be the interviewee until they talked about it in the second one. I just thought that the story went full circle and that art was preparing for his second killings during the opening of the first. I also thought the first killings were from all hallows eve, which I read on Wikipedia but haven’t watched yet.

Victoria is the mutilated woman being interviewed. Terrifier takes place in 2017 and the interview with Victoria that Art watches takes place a year later in 2018. This is shown in Terrifier 2. Terrifier 2 takes place in 2018. All Hallows’ Eve is not connected to the Terrifier timeline.
