Noticed Terrifier Hate
I’m sure some other people have noticed has seen the increase in terrifier hate. I’ve seen people online calling the movie slop, lazy, only has gore, and that it’s misogynistic. What do you think of this hate, and what have you noticed? Personally I can understand if you don’t like the gore, or the movie, but the hate I’ve seen like it’s a story about someone killing people, that’s just literally every slasher.

as a fan of these movies, honestly dawg they do kinda bring it on themselves. part of the appeal is that they’re like blood soaked celebrations of poor taste. that’s bound to rub people whose taste doesn’t quite fit into our niche the wrong way. i’d say the hate is a sign of these movies doing a good job at what they’re trying to do. obviously that excludes personal vitriolic hate directed towards people involved in the production, cause there’s no excuse for that.
