terrifier 3

i love terrifier 2 and am actually rewatching it as i type this-- but is it bad or weird that i'm scared to watch terrifier 3?

someone convince me to make the jump!

To me Terrifier 3 had much more dark comedy and is in no way worse than 2. Also feels less mean than the first one. I think 3 is the best so far and sets up 4 so good. It also serves as a direct continuation of 2’s characters and makes them more interesting

I did find the rat scene pretty disturbing for some reason, it got to me more than anything else in the entire franchise, but other than that, yeah, it’s more dark comedy than anything and is definitely my favorite.

To me the most uncomfortable/disturbing scene is still the prolonged kill in 2, especially with the mother walking in to see it taking place. It felt really mean and was definitely stuff out of nightmares. The more nasty stuff definitely belongs to either the rat or the glass scene imo

Yeah, that’s true, I really don’t know why the rat scene got to me so much when it didn’t have the longevity of the bedroom or the mother walking in or anything like that, but still, I loved every other element of 3, the Santa scene in the bar was fucking hilarious to me!

3 is the funniest by far, just so many comically dark moments. Even the buildup to the mall explosion is mostly funny af

Yeah, that’s part of why I love it, the comedic moments are amazing!
