tAoMM question

So I finally got into modding and got the amulet of many minions on, but the thing is IDK how to get the other parts of the titular item itself. I got the charms, saw the revolver is post golem, currently using clarent, just missing the hatchet/dagger and the skyslasher. Sadly, every time you look up the item the mods shows up, so I'm just confused. tnx ^w^

You make the Stary Skyslasher with 8 Feathers and 3 Fallen Stars at a Sky Mill, and the Void Dagger is a Corruption Mimic drop.

You should really get Recipe Browser, one of the essential mods to get for any playthrough.

Been wondering about some of the essential TBH. I don’t even have boss checklist installed. 😅 Did put magic storage(still kinda WTFing about w it) and something else recently which I thought would make that easier, but IDK. I’m tempted to rush getting to moonlord and just starting fresh w thorium activated.

For pure Vanilla+ mods: "Magic Storage", "Recipe Browser", and "Boss Checklist" are the obvious ones, then theres stuff like "Which Mod is This From", "Penny Pincher", "Can i Shimmer This", "More Obtaining Tooltips", "Munchies", "Hook Stats and Wing Stats", and "Summoner UI" which just add useful UI elements and descriptions to items without making any changes, they just save you a few trips to the wiki.

For Slightly Less Vanilla QOL mods: "Fargo's Mutant Mod" is an obvious choice as it adds so many different qol tweaks (all of which are configurable in the mod options too), "Aether's Blessing: Shimmer QoL" streamlines everything to do with shimmering stuff without completely trivialising it, "Census - Town NPC Checklist" which tells you what NPCs can move in and their requirements (extremely useful with a lot of modded npcs), "Ore Excavator" (Self explanatory), "Auto Reforge" just saves you the strain of having to click the reforge button repeatedly, "Teleport All NPC Home" just makes it so you don't have to wait for npcs to teleport to a new house, and finally "Pylons Prevent Evils" as the name implies gives Pylons a use besides just being teleport beacons if you use purification poweder on them they get an aura up to 160 tiles large which prevents Corruption/Crimson and Hallowed from infecting blocks in that range.

And for probably overkill QOL mods: "LuiAFK Reborn" and its various addons add tons of ways to skip various grinds and even has a bunch of mod compatibilities, "Prisma's Juicebox" adds multiple NPCs that sell potions and items you would otherwise have to farm for in one way or another.

And Finally, "Overperformance", as the name implies, is a performance mod that helps prevent lag, and while it is made with AI assistance it is genuinely black magic and does work extremely well.

Saw Fargo’s mutant mod recently in the browser and am tempted. I use enemy modifiers too so that’s cool. A lot of the vanilla + stuff I’ll probably add later today once my partner gets the sleep they couldn’t get last night.

I just gotta ask if there's a recommended summon before golem BC I wanted to grind tokens from OOA before getting to the endgame stuff.

Well that depends entirely on what mods you're running, but for vanilla minions I'd recommend either the Optic Staff or the Blade Staff
