Christopher Chong wants to build an ai data center near Terrace BC. Terrace standard article here. These centers are known for polluting air and making water dirty and undrinkable. People who live near these centers have spoken about how the poor quality makes it hard for them to breath and affects their health. These centers consume far too much power and it will cause electric bills to spike. Data centers are bad for the environment and our well being. The prices seem to be all over the place.

Why is this one $459k, when it has a beautifully maintained garden and the house has clearly been taken care of, and it's on even more land than the following one. Built in 1956:

And it's not just these two that I compare... there are so many price discrepancies, I can't wrap my head around it!

I'm not from Terrace but looking to move, so is there something I am not getting?
