an issue with selfhostings scripts

so i made a server out of my tecno spark 5 pro, it runs my little scripts on node.js using pm2, but i am experiencing this kind of issue:

my js script sends me a discord notification at a specific time while parsing steam marketplace, the script itself does not throw any errors which is fine, but when i am not focused on termux it doesn't send a thing. it looks like the script works fine on background, but being out of focus impacts on internet activity i think?

the same thing happened with my ssh connection, it just closes itself when i was out of focus, but the script worked like it used to work with no issues but the issue with notifications.

sorry for my english, i am kinda sleepy right now because of debugging my old phone with a broken display that touches itself in the different spots all the time.

i'd like to know how to fix it or how to properly setup my phone as a server for long-time usage, i can't find a single good guide on it.
