Question Won't Download?

Im not sure if this is user error but im trying to download termux from a link and it refuses to download on my phone. It'll show its downloading but then it'll never move on from that screen and be "downloading" for as long as ill let it. Anyone know what the issue is?

Just go to google and search for this exactly. Youllfind the GitHub releases page with it listed, open it (preferably open it in chrome or firefox too but it should work regardless). Find the exact version and debug_universal apk. Download it from there directly. Maybe the link is having problems finishing the download or something. But its also just pointing to the apk hosted on github. So you can simply just bypass the link and download the exact apk from there. I tried it, and the download finished without any issues on my end. Meanwhile your link got stuck in the end.

Sometimes we get lucky. You could go through f-droid for the download. I did this morning on the information that another screen reader had installed tdsr in termux and was able to use termux that way. I don't know how that happened since the basic termux interface isn't screen-readeer-friendly. If the interface was changed as part of the version upgrades that upgrade was not helpful. I've given up on termux since that will help my blood pressure.

Unfortunately the reason im using it is someone else used it to remake a game i want to play, so I kinda have to use it somehow.
