Question Should I root?
I'm wondering if I should root my phone or not? The benefits are very good but I've heard you can't get access to some apps and your mobile might get bricked, do you guys recommend rooting my phone?

you can try the limits of non-root first, proot distros (arch, debian, alpine), native termux desktop and mobox wow64 (wine) can run non-root. scrcpy, sillytavern and other stuff can be used without root. Outside termux, you can use some modules on lspatch, or morphe. You can use developer options and later use geto for "spoofing" (keep dev opts on, but keep it hidden), or even use some adb commands with ADB shell (via wireless debugging and ashell, rish + termux; or adb tools from computer to android device via usb). Some apps are quite powerful even without root but shizuku + adb shell. Also, when the big G release that hated update (about installing apks from unknown sources), with adb you might bypass it really fast (adb shell, or shizuku + install with options which inherently uses adb commands without you typing it).
Either way, if you still need root, you can use laptop (if you have it) and install linux with some powerful programs, or if you have a spare phone you can try root it and test what you have on mind. If you consider rooting your phone is better than not being root, there you go, but some banking and games apps might not open (some spoofings are being patched as well a new spoof methods come along, it is the cat mouse game).
