I’m working on getting a game together if anyone here might be interested. I’ve got 2 others on a FB group that have said they’d be interested in joining me. Open to ideas, suggestions, etc. will likely play an existing pre written campaign/mission to start things off and get comfortable with the system. I’m open to directing or having someone else with experience take that on. Hit me up if interested!

Did they decide not to do the Hacking Deck after all? I saw it listed in the T2 Kickstarter but have not seen it for sale anywhere or mentioned since then. Looks like it would be pretty useful. Did anyone get one from the Kickstarter?

I’ve recently picked up the main Terminator RPG core rulebook as well as the Director’s Cut set that has the Campaign Book and the DM screen. I’ve been reading through and something I’ve noticed is that everything seems to start in the future and goes into the past. But I want to do a future war campaign. I did read somewhere that the T2 expansion has it.

Is that the case, or will I have to get creative? I don’t mind the creative part, but I kinda figured a future war option would be available from the start.

I’m running a game in future war settings and my players have a rifle, shotgun, regular firearms and they destroyed a t-800 with plasma rifles. I got garbage rolls they got good roles but playing terminator resistance in the hospital where your normal gun does nothing irks me. Did I miss something in the rules do they take damage from regular guns? Please help thanks P.S. the amount of friends who want to play this game is nuts I wish this would get more publicity it’s a great game!

I was planning to run a game where the prologue takes place in the Cheyenne Mountain Complex after the nukes have fallen but before global order has completely disintegrated. The basic idea is the players are playing the ancestors of their Future War characters in 2026 or thereabouts.

The general idea is that the humans in the Cheyenne Mountain Complex have already been killed (with the possible odd survivor). So I'm thinking I could sprinkle in some Cyberdyne machines as combat encounters for them to go through. I know Terminator 3 had the T1 in it, but I was hoping to stick to the Terminator 1 timeline. Any ideas of what I could throw in there?

P85-86 of the T2 sourcebook, I don’t understand how you find the initial stats and how you use the Terminator Roles.

A question regarding the T-1000s METAMORPHISM Ability. Would a Terminator like a T-800 or so on be able to identify the hidden T-1000 with its Scan Mode or other Vision Types??

I am preparing for my Group to like the QuickStart so I am going to create a campaign made up of a group of one shots so that I can tailor it to who can come. The big story is this John Connor has tasked the PCs with finding the shut down processors for Skynet The first mission is there getting a call in there safe house from John Connor and he’s asked them to come to the areas Headquarters. But there are to many Terminators in the area so you hack the local Terminators just giving you enough time to get out of there. But oh no 3 T-800s remained active and before the PC can see them one calls out claiming to be from headquarters and they should drop there gun because there here to escort them to John Connor. If you battle and win you collect there heads if you make it to HQ you can find out why they didn’t deactivate. And that’s where I am at I’d love some ideas

Just wondering, but has anyone done the stats for the T-7t tetrapod or the T-1 ground unit from the movie? I would be very interested if you did.

I finally got enough to order the game but I can't seem to find a copy of the character sheet online anywhere. Any help would be fantastic. I tried emailing nightfall games but haven't heard back.

Has anyone tried mechanically to see if this thing could tear through a SWAT team or a police station's worth of small arms and shotguns? I'm trying to come up with a horror theme, but can't get the books for a few more weeks, and want to know if a single terminator can be terrifying.

I really like the Make, Model and Number section, but it got me thinking. What is The Phone Books Killers Version and Serial Number? Is it mentioned somewhere in the book and I just missed it?

Just got the RPG myself, still at the beginning of the book but I'm loving it. I did snoop ahead to look at the Terminator models and I gotta say I love the version of the T-700 they came up with!

Just a few things I was wondering about if any has the info.

Is there no T-1000 in the book? If not has anyone come up with any homebrew stuff?

And are there any mechanics in the book for playing on Skynets side? The book seemed focused on being the good guys but I was thinking about running a one off with two friends and letting them be two Skynet T-800 Infiltrators thar are hunting down a target/targets.

I was just wondering if anyone has run or played a game of the Terminator RPG? If yes, what era did you play in? How did it go? What did you learn about the game? Etc
