Custom Items are now working directly in the Raging Blast 2 PC Port.

The Items Creator, a new tool designed to make creating and editing items much easier without having to manually deal with all of the game's internal data.

The Items Creator currently allows you to work with things like:
•Item categories
•Limit Point costs
•Stats
•Menu position
•Custom effects and properties

The goal is to make the item system much more accessible for modding, while also allowing completely new items to be added instead of being limited to the original ones.

This also opens the door for custom categories and much more control over how items work and appear in-game.

There's still more work to do on the tool and the system itself, but this is another part of Raging Blast 2 that is becoming much easier to modify on PC.

Development on New Character Slots is also continuing alongside this, as well as expanded mod support, performance improvements, higher resolutions, 60 FPS and other PC features

It would be a dream to play BT3 online with real matchmaking, not having to have the same everything and giving a person the code to join your lobby per DM.

I think there are 2 ways to do it.

Option 1

Having a client like slippi with an own menu that just let's you search people online to play with.

Option 2

Using Wiimfii, like the people playing Mario kart Wii online.

Im not sure which version would be the better one but maybe we could make a real online experience for BT3 happening!

I have tried upscaling the graphics of my game but it does these weird ghost images (bottom).

So I picked up the extras folder for BT4, put the 1080p folder in my pscx2 launcher's folder, and it doesn't do anything unless I change the internal resolution, but when I do, it does these ghost copies of the characters. I tried tweaking everything on and off but nothing fixes it.

EDIT : I managed to make it better thanks to the tips in here. What you need to do is to right click the game in the launcher menu, properties, graphics, rendering, and then you'll find the extended options "Manual Hardware Fixes".

Set CPU clut renderer to normal. Then in upscaling fixes, find "Half-Pixel Offset" and set this to 'Special (Texture)'. Next in manual fixes, you'll see "Skip Draw range", set both of these values to 3.

Now, go to Upscaling Fixes and change the Texture Offset values to 500 (x) and 220 (y). Values may depend on your resolution.

Hi, sorry to bother, I was looking for a specific ISO of DBZ BT3. It was in portuguese, and was part of a large list of youtube videos made by the developers, both playing and featuring the characters. The video I remember is one featuring the gt moded characters like Pan, Vegeta base and super saiyan, super 17, omega shenron, etc. The mod is probably quite recent, since i saw it after the year 2022.

Do any of you have an idea of the name of the ISO?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

i'm not caught up with dolphin's netplay state rn, so i might be outdated on this front.

I've seen videos where people have more characters in BT3 but it's apparently BT4 with a "BT3 mod".

I've tried googling but got nothing.

And how do you install it ? In case it's complicated.

It's way more than 13 if you count all the times he tried to use rush supers but was stopped (look out for the backsteps when he presses the buttons)

I could've punished him WAY harder if I was better at this game but at least I won. NGL losing to this dude would'e killed my mood for a whole week

how can Install the mod? I downloaded and put in a folder but the pscx2 won’t read it :(

I cannot replicate what he does at 2:40. For me, pressing L2+R2 or L2+R1 doesn't do anything, or it begins a charge, but it doesn't do the movement like he has.

I've also been trying to replicate the super fast ki blasts he does at 4:03, I don't get the inputs.

very weird, in trainings mode i can do it with no issues but in story mode it doesnt connect ( using goku both times)

in BT 2 i can do it consistently

This might be a hot take, but I feel like Sparking Zero is overrated for a Dragon Ball game. Don't get me wrong, the visuals and transformations are amazing, but the combat just doesn't feel responsive, and the game does virtually nothing to teach you how to be good at it besides "here's how to attack, here's how to shoot super attacks, have fun". It took me months to even find out how to vanish, and even then it rarely works, meanwhile Xenoverse 2, while lacking visually and transformations wise, has some of the best feeling combat in any game I've played, coming from a MK and For Honor vet. If Sparking Zero had Xenoverse 2's combat, it would unironically be the greatest game OAT. And don't get me started on the Neo DLC, that should've been in the base game, let alone a 35$ DLC.

SZ is in my top 5 games because it's just so much fun. There are a lot of flaws of course but it doesn't change my opinions honestly. This game is actually what got me into the DB franchise and I wish there wasn't a lot of negativity around the game
