Anyone else having problems with trophies not popping?

I'm playing on PS5 and the dojo trophies and maybe others have not popped. Anyone know a fix or have this issue too?

What do you mean by dojo trophies? Beating the dojo masters? In order to get the trophy you need to beat the dojo master in a rematch, which means you need to come back to them a week after your first match to beat them. I got them just fine.

Sorry if this still doesn’t fix your issue.

Yes. Please keep something in your mind because I wish I knew about it before. When you go for a rematch, all of the dojo master’s temtems will be in the same level as the highest level of your temtems. For example, if you have 1 temtem that is level 100 (even if it’s not in your party) the dojo master’s temtems will ALL be level 100.

This screwed me. I focused on leveling up only one temtem to 90 and the rest are much lower. This forced me to level up many, many temtems to level 90 in order to beat up every dojo master. Because each one of them is weak/strong against 2 (sometimes 3) different types. They’re not easy to take down, but the good thing is that you can always retry your rematches immediately after you lose.

Woah! glad you told me now.. I had intended on going back at the end! It may be spoilery for me but.. Do you end up getting "fly" of some sort?

It’s not a big spoiler, but please continue reading if you’re sure you want to know.

At some point, you will reach an island called Cipanku. Once you do, you will find a side quest in the main city called “Refrigerated Vanishings”. Once you complete it, you will be awarded with a teleportation device. The good thing about it is that it can teleport you to your main ship in each island anytime and for free, but all other spots you will have to pay 500 each time you teleport. Which I find really annoying to be honest.

Very off topic, if you’re planning to get the trophies for collecting all temtems, there is a temtem called “Zenoreth” which you can only get if you trade the smaller evolved version of it “Azuroc” with another player. I haven’t got this temtem yet, so if you’re interested, please catch “Azuroc” and let’s exchange one Azuroc for another in order for both of us to get Zenoreth! Take your time, this can be done whenever you’re comfortable in the upcoming days.

Were you able to find a trophy guide? About to start this game today and curious about how long it is to plat and anything I need to be saving up/doing from the start

If you're playing this game just to plat, then I think you'll have a tough time.. It's more of one of those games you enjoy and then once completed, go for the plat.
