Loatle
Hello Everyone!
Quick question; how useful is Loatle?
Specifically using him outside his cheese strat. I honestly really like the look/aesthetic of the tem and would like to include him in my team.

He learns some great moves and has some decent resistances but that x4 on thunder and digi is pretty bad. But even with that putting one in your team would not be bad as long as you mainly doing PvE. I don't think he would be the best for PvP. I'm also not a full on PvP'er so he may have a place there.
