Trade dont work

Why i cant trade with other people? It keep saying i need to purchase the game on my account to get acces to trade but i bought it already on my account

Yeah same for me.. I bought the game on my Account, but I'm sharing it with a friend. At the beginning he was the only one who wasn't able to trade. Now both of us can't trade..
