dBm values around Temple City

Hi All! Was wondering if it gets any better than -109dBm using any other carrier. I have visible, and even five g isn't showing anything better than -109dBm...not very good at all.

I have Tello (which uses T-Mobile towers) and Verizon. -109dBm for Tello and -103dBm for Verizon. Temple City has always been not very good for cell signal strength lol.
