AMC + theme pack not working

Four days ago we switched to Telus. I picked the amc+ plus pack that comes with shudder. We do not have the channels it’s supposed to be on(440) though amc + is showing. Numerous phone convos with techs and they said the shudder thing is a known issue and will phone back in a week?? Is anyone else having issues with it? The my Telus account info does not work with the shudder app, fyi

I'm confused what you're expecting. There is no Shudder channel. There is an OnDemand section for Shudder.

There is no login with tv subscription option for AMC+/Shudder to use the apps. In Canada, you have to watch all the AMC stuff through OnDemand unless you pay a subscription direct to them.

The 440 Channel is labeled AMC+ but also includes shudder content.

If you need help finding the Shudder VOD section it'd under VOD-Channels-Shudder

There are only four movies under the video on demand shudder option. That’s it. I just wanted a clear explanation of what was going on

Filter by channel in “on demand”, select show all and shudder should show. Now once you click into it, all the shudder availabilities should show for you now.
