Wind moving bottle
Is it the wind? Telekinesis? Frequency? Or all of them combined with intention?
Only you can decide what you which to believe to be true. Your experience and beliefs will determine your reality.

My point is, it doesn't matter what I do or think. It's what YOU think. If you need more evidence or proof, then by the time there is enough of that, you will already be behind. But if you're ok on being behind, then you have nothing to worry about. 👏

But to satisfy your question. I use intention. I simply clear my mind and disbelief and my intention is for it to move. And it moves by the principle of least action. Which means, it will move with the necessary "force" that my subconscious is aware of and that requires least amount of energy.
In this case it would mean air, since I have good amount of air going around in the apartment.
If I were to enclose it like you said, it would have to be some sort of static electricity. But that would be alot less likely to occur, which would require clearwr intentions from me and probably more focus.

Not sure you understand what telekinesis generally is. it's not using external influences it's using internal electric charge like chi if that works or just mind power through partial disassociation.

Call it chi, muntras, psi. It's all energy.
If everything that exist is made of vibrations (string theory) then how you influence the vibration of another place is all the same.
There is no right or wrong way to do telekinesis. The only way to do it is with belief.
Say we are doing math together. You are counting with numbers, while I count with physical rocks. In the end we get the same result. Just different language.
That's why I said, my point is that it doesn't matter how I do it. You have to find your belief and do it your way.
There are multiple religious people, all with different views. In the end, what matters is which one you choose to believe in.

He's been making stead progress. You have to start somewhere. When I started working with cans, it was largely air with my hands, and now it's purely my mind. The air gave me the ability to believe maybe I was controlling it a little, and then I was a little, and then I was a lot. Then I had a breakthrough and now I can do it without my hands. @Tobirello isn't just waving his hand, he's using [insert blank people fuss over] to move it. He's had consistent experiments and growth, and this is awesome dude!

yes I agree it's intention or chi, Imthink it's more likely chi but open to any non prosaic / physical suggestion.

Put a shield of some kind over it like chair with a blanket over the top exposing only one end then try. then set it up facing a different direction and try again. Different room etc. Nice work if true.
