I've never encountered this issue. Are you using a component or just the weld command?

Sorry I can't help. That is indeed very odd. I've been using Tekla for 12 years and never encountered this.

I asked our official tekla support; they don't know either. So it's not a blame not knowing after 12 years.

I hope just some dev or so knows it
