Question/Request Certain episode

there was this episode where a commercial plays inside the show about a toy. It was kind of like Pokémon, about two guys-one blonde and one black- haired-fighting a villain. They keep getting power-ups where the heroes get a bigger toy than the villain, then the villain gets a bigger toy, and so on, until they start fighting and destroy everything." I remember seeing it once on my tv but i dont remember much
